How to Make Enrollment Changes Outside of TRICARE Open Season
TRICARE Open Season 2022 has ended. If you didn’t enroll or make a change to your TRICARE health plan during open season, you must wait until the next open season unless you have a TRICARE Qualifying Life Event (QLE). Our Health Promotion mission is to deliver a healthy and fit force by integrating health promotion into the total Army through recommending policy, developing and evaluating wellness programs, providing training and technology support, collecting and disseminating information and assisting in research.
Elements within the Health Promotion Program include Tobacco Cessation, Wellness Screenings, Wellness Counseling and Referral, Health Education, Health Awareness Campaigns, and unit level training.

Bayne-Jones Army Community Hospital has a lactation room located on the second floor of the military treatment facility in room A3. Patients who need to breastfeed their children or pump milk for future use can use it while in the facility.

The Defense Health Agency inTransition program is a free, confidential program that offers specialized coaching and assistance for active-duty service members, National Guard members, reservists, veterans and retirees who need access to mental health care when: relocating to another assignment; returning from deployment; transitioning from active duty to reserve component or reserve component to active duty; preparing to leave military service; any other time they need a new mental health provider or need a provider for the first time.
