Fontaine Troop Medical Clinic (FTMC)

The Fontaine Troop Medical Clinic (FTMC) is for active duty Soldiers. Soldiers should arrive at the front desk for scheduled appointments 15 minutes prior to the appointment time.

• Immunizations / MEDPROS Updates / In and Out-Processing: 8 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 2:20 p.m.
• Lab: 6:30 - 8:30 a.m., 9:15 to 11:30 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m.
• Sick call: 6:20 to 7:45 a.m.

Soldiers of the rank E5/SGT or below must present a completed and signed Individual Sick Slip (DD Form 689) from their unit aid station, medic or first-line supervisor to receive sick call screening.

Alabama and Georgia Avenues close from 6:30 to 8 a.m. for unit PT.

To schedule a face-to-face PHA with your primary care manager (PCM), complete your portion by following steps 1-6 in the link above, then follow instructions for booking an appointment.

Over 40 PHA must be done in person and require labs/studies prior to an appointment.
