The BJACH Physical Therapy Clinic currently provides care to Active Duty/Activated Reserve and National Guard components only.
Specialty Programs for our Patients:
Back Class
- The Back Class provides group instruction on exercises commonly prescribed to patients experiencing mechanical low-back pain. See the Information Sheet for more details:
Time: 9-10 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays
Knee Class
- The Knee Class provides group instruction on commonly prescribed exercises to patience experiencing generalized knee pain. See the Information Sheet for more details:
Time: 1:30-2:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays
Primary location for both Back and Knee Classes: JRTC CrossFit gym (map in Information Sheet)
Secondary location: BJACH Rehab Services Conference room, 1st floor
Aquatic Therapy
- This class is also offered to qualified patients and provides patients with low-impact cardiovascular, range of motion, and strengthening exercises.
Beginner Class: 7:45-8:30 a.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays
Advanced Class: 8:30-9:30 a.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays
Both classes are by appointment only
