Poutou relinquishes responsibility to Devereaux as senior NCO for BJACH

FORT POLK, La. — Bayne-Jones Army Community Hospital, has a new senior enlisted advisor following a 10 a.m. change of responsibility ceremony on Spike Field at the Joint Readiness Training Center and Fort Polk, Louisiana Sept. 9.

1st Sgt. James Buchanan, will represent Regional Health Command-Central and Bayne-Jones Army Community Hospital in the U.S. Army Medical Command 2021 Best Leader Competition at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii, July 25-30.

BJACH Soldier Regional Health Command-Central’s Best First Sergeant

FORT POLK, La. — 1st Sgt. James Buchanan, will represent Regional Health Command-Central and Bayne-Jones Army Community Hospital in the U.S. Army Medical Command 2021 Best Leader Competition at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii, July 25-30. Buchanan earned the title Best First Sergeant in May after finishing first in the RHC-C competition. If he wins this week he will go on to represent MEDCOM in the Army NCO of the Year Competition in the fall.
