During construction of the main hospital the Lab has had to change locations.
The lab is now located at: 1585 Third St, Bldg 285H, the Trailer Outside Entrance A.

Provides medical screening and documentation for Active and Reserve Components, and ROTC in preparation for transition to:

  • Military Training Schools
  • Periodic Health Assessment
    (for TRICARE remote Soldiers and those not assigned a primary care manager)
  • End of term of service to include Chapter
  • Retirement
